What kind of shipping method is offered?
All our shipping for skateboards will be a door-to-door service with local UPS or FedEx or DHL delivery companies.
And we are providing free shipping. If you are concerned with shipping, please also check the free shipping area below. For certain places, we might not deliver or need extra shipping.

We will simply ship them free worldwide to all countries via post office service for accessories. The delivery will take around 8~12 days.
How are customs and import tax/duties handled?
Because Teamgee normally sends products from Hong Kong (a free port), there is no sales tax or duties imposed by the Hong Kong government. Customers do not have to pay any sales tax or export duties when they purchase from Teamgee.
Statistically, less than 1% of all orders have ever been opened by the Customs in customers' home countries. But due to our package is extra big(Skateboard) If a package were to be checked by the customs office of the customer's country, customers have to cover import duties, tariffs, and taxes.
Although the chance of packages assessed by the customs is small, Teamgee encourages customers to check with their local customs office for potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs, before placing an order. In addition, some products may require special licenses or permits to import. Teamgee is not responsible for products confiscated by the customs in customers' countries.
Tips for shipping
A) Teamgee is doing its best to make the promised time, please understand our warehouse is working only on business days, please remember to enjoy the day even there's a difference in the ETA, and by the way, we will inform you proactively if something is wrong.
