At Teamgee, we work hard to improve the quality of our electric skateboards. Every electric skateboard has to undergo a series of thorough inspections before being shipped out. Once our electric skateboards somehow fail to satisfy you, please contact us directly and let us help you. 


Cancellation

We only accept the cancellation or amendment of orders before the product is shipped. If your order has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel or amend it.

If you would like to cancel your purchase, We will charge a handling fee of 6% of the total amount of the order.

Return

If there are any manufacturing defects when the electric skateboard is fresh out of the package (not common), we are responsible for troubleshooting, and sending replacement parts to repair your board and get you rolling soon.

We offer a 7-day return policy. All returns are subject to the following conditions in order for us to process your refund effectively:

1. The product may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date in unused condition. Items not in these conditions will not be accepted. Please check if it works properly after unboxing before hitting the road.

2. The customer is responsible for returning the item in its original packaging.

3. Return Shipping
If it is a product quality problem, we are responsible for the return shipping.
If you don't like it or need to return it for other reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping fee, and we will charge 10% of the total order as a handling fee.

4. The customer will be responsible for any damages during the return process due to their negligence resulting in a reduction in the total refund.

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return, please contact our Support Team with the order information and a brief description of the return. Regarding product quality issues, please provide some pictures and videos to explain.

2. After receiving your return request, we will process it within 1-2 days. The customer has 7 calendar days to return the original item with the label in the original package.

(1)If it is a product quality problem, we will send the return label to you. You need to print the return label and put it in your package together with the product you want to return and pack the product properly.

(2)If you don't like it or need to return it for other reasons, we will provide the return address for you. You need to go to the post office by yourself to send the item to the designated address. Shipping costs are at your own expense.

Please note that regardless of the method of return, the product must be in the packaging in which we originally sent it.

3. After the package is sent out, please send us the tracking number in time so that we can follow up on the return situation.

4. We will process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the package.

Note: We do not accept returned items that are sent back directly without prior notice. Any address on the package is not approved as a return address. No refund will be given for packages returned without a return address authorized by the customer service representative. We do not provide freight collection (FTC) services for returned packages. We are here to help, but we cannot correct a situation we know nothing about. If you need to return or exchange the goods, please contact us in advance, and our service specialist will contact you to formulate a solution.

Accessory Returned

Please kindly note that all accessories are not returnable. Once the parcel has been received, the item cannot be returned. If the parcel is damaged due to violent shipping, or if the product has a product quality defect right out of the box without being used, we will issue a full refund within 1-2 working days of confirmation or resend a brand new accessory for replacement.

Refund

After receiving and checking your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit the credit limit to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Delayed or Lost Refund

If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first. then contact your payment company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially released. There is usually some processing time before refunds. If you have completed all these operations but still have not received a refund, please contact us at support@teamgee.com

Shipping Instructions

Please include all original packaging, including labels, when returning products. We are not responsible for invalidating refunds due to covered labels, incomplete original accessories, non-original packaging, etc.

We must receive your returned item within 12 weeks of the return and refund approval date.

If we have not received your return by this time, your return and refund approval will be invalid.
