At Teamgee, we work hard to improve the quality of our electric skateboards. Every electric skateboard has to undergo a series of thorough inspections before being shipped out. Once our electric skateboards somehow fail to satisfy you, please contact us directly and let us help you. 


We accept the cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund.
If the product is defective due to quality issues rather than your damage or misuse, we can accept returns, provide free repair services or replace it with new products. If so, you will be protected and can be returned to us.
If you don't like it or you need to return the product for other reasons, we also allow the return of the product. The process is outlined below.

Before returning.
1. Contact customer service and provide order information and a brief description of the return. We will send you a printable receipt with more instructions. It contains our return address and basic information about your return order.
2. Print the return form and put it in your package together with the product you want to return, and pack the product properly. The product must be placed in the packaging we originally sent.
The product must be undamaged (not applicable to defective products), damage to the product will invalidate the refund.
3. Send the item back to us through the local post office. If you need to deal with the returned package urgently, please contact our customer service and provide the waybill number of the returned package.
4. We will process your return within 7 working days after receiving the package.

Note: We do not accept returned items that are sent back directly without prior notice. Any address on the package is not approved as a return address. No refund will be given for packages returned without a return address authorized by the customer service representative. We do not provide freight collection (FTC) services for returned packages. We are here to help, but we cannot correct a situation we know nothing about. If you need to return or exchange the goods, please contact us in advance, and our service specialist will contact you to formulate a solution.


After receiving and checking your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit the credit limit to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Note: Due to the new policy released by our Payment Channel, if you would like to cancel your purchase, the handling fee is 6% of the total amount of the order. Please note that the cancelation handling fee is needed for all purchase orders, including those orders that have not been shipped out.

Return Shipping Cost

For quality issues, all return shipping costs will be borne by Teamgee. For the return and exchange caused by the customer, the round-trip freight will be borne by the customer. The customer can only be charged one shipping fee (including returns); no handling fee will be charged to the consumer for returning the product.


Delayed or Lost Refund

If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first. then contact your payment company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially released. There is usually some processing time before refunds. If you have completed all these operations but still have not received a refund, please contact us at support@teamgee.com
